Delta performed a productivity review of 29 “work streams”, ranging from Business Services to Case Management and from Surgical Services to Cardiology in all four facilities.

This project began in September, 2009 and was completed in March, 2010.  For a three year period over $50 million in cost savings were identified and over $90 million in revenue enhancements documented.  Implementation costs are not expected to exceed $12 million, creating a significant Return on Investment (ROI) for the hospital system.
